If you’re from the East Coast, then you’re probably already familiar with Mission BBQ.
They are a chain restaurant, and I remember correctly from the last time I went to one, it’s veteran owned/themed.
On the menu you’ll find Texas- style brisket, both North Carolina and Tennessee-style pulled pork, as well as smoked sausage, turkey, ribs, and chicken.
You won’t find any burnt ends (cause Kansas City BBQ is the worst BBQ).
As for sides, you (sadly) won’t find any fried okra on their menu. No Texas beans either, but they do have baked beans.
